Please contact us directly if you cannot find an answer to your question or have additional questions and/or concerns.
We are open by appointment only, Monday through Thursday.
Occasionally, we may offer limited availability outside of these hours for clients whose work schedules make it absolutely impossible to drop off or pick up their cats—or to arrange for someone else to do so on their behalf.
At the beginning of your cat’s first grooming appointment, we will conduct an initial assessment. This includes evaluating your cat’s coat condition, observing their response to handling, and discussing their grooming history, temperament, and any relevant health concerns. We will also establish clear grooming goals to ensure mutual understanding and alignment prior to your departure.
Additionally, you will be asked to complete some brief intake paperwork. During this time, we will address any specific concerns you may have regarding your cat’s coat, health, or behavior in regards to grooming.
We typically schedule 1 to 3 hours per cat for grooming, depending on a variety of factors such as coat condition, temperament, and the specific services required.
We strive to complete each appointment as efficiently and promptly as possible. That said, we work with live animals, and unexpected situations may arise that could either put us ahead of schedule—or cause delays. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we focus on providing a calm, low-stress grooming experience for every cat entrusted to us. Some cats simply need more time, and we are committed to giving each one the individual care and attention they deserve.
We will contact you as soon as your cat is ready—or nearly ready—for pick-up.
If you anticipate needing to drop off or pick up at a time different from the scheduled appointment, please arrange this with us in advance. This helps us minimize disruptions and maintain a calm, low-stress environment for all cats in our care.
For liability and safety reasons, we do not allow owners to stay during grooming appointments. In most cases, a guardian’s presence can be a distraction for both the cat and the groomer, which may increase stress and make the process more difficult.
It’s in your cat’s best interest that we have the opportunity to build trust and focus entirely on their individual needs without added distractions.
The only exception to this policy is for nail trims, which may be done while you wait.
We generally recommend a grooming schedule of every 4 to 12 weeks, depending on your cat’s individual needs, coat type, and at-home maintenance routine.
This recommendation may change from time to time based on the season, your cat’s coat condition, and the type of grooming services previously performed. We will always do our best to guide you toward the most appropriate schedule to keep your cat comfortable, healthy, and mat-free.
We do not offer traditional flea baths or carry any flea treatments.
If your cat has live fleas or shows signs of any communicable conditions such as ringworm, upper respiratory infections, or other contagious illnesses, we kindly ask that you wait to schedule until the issue has been fully treated and resolved.
For the safety of all cats in our care, we reserve the right to refuse or return any cat suspected of having fleas or a transmissible health condition. These issues pose a significant risk to other animals and compromise the cleanliness and safety of our grooming environment.
We strongly recommend consulting with your veterinarian for proper diagnosis and safe, effective treatment options.
Regular veterinary exams are highly encouraged, as they play a vital role in monitoring your cat’s health and catching potential concerns early. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and healthy environment.
